Frequently asked questions

Is it free to attend?

Product Day is Free for all ADPList Mentors (cut off: your mentor application is approved before 1st March 2023).
Our all-access pass is $10 (early bird at $5), including 80+ live sessions, thematic networkings, certificate, life-time access to all session recordings & our learners' slack channel!

Is there scholarship ticket?

Yes! We understand $10 can be a lot for some parts of the world.
Our mentors will be nominating scholars from their mentees to receive Free Scholarship tickets.

Can I donate a scholarship ticket?

Yes! Simply grab a "Buy-1-Donate-1" ticket. We'll assign your donated ticket to a scholar recommended by our mentors.
You are also in for a special feature on the ProductDay landing page as a token of our gratitude.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we may not be able to process your refund.
However, we can transfer your ticket to BeMore Festival which is happening this September 20th, or help you donate your ticket to someone else!

Can I give/resell my ticket?

Unfortunately you won't be able to give/resell your ticket.
However, we can help you donate your ticket to someone else!

Will there be session recordings?

Yes! However, session recordings will only be available to ticket holders after the live event.

Do I get a certificate for participation?

Yes! We'll send you ticket and certificates for a lifetime memory!

The most common problems we've seen are:
* make sure to purchase your ticket from a laptop/desktop (tickets are not supported on mobile devices)
* if you successfully paid but did not receive payment confirmation, most likely there was a typo in the email address.
